What we collect
The Enquiry Leakage Audit stores your answers on your device while you complete it. If you choose to share contact details to receive your result, we collect only what the forms ask for: your name, business name, contact details and your audit answers.
How we use it
To send you the audit result you requested, to arrange a review if you ask for one, and — only when you tick the separate optional box — to send occasional updates about The Trade Workbench. We record the wording and time of any consent you give.
What we don't do
We do not sell your details. We do not send your name, contact details or audit answers to third-party analytics tools. Analytics, where used, rely on anonymous session identifiers only.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and you can ask us to export or delete the information we hold about you by using the contact page.
